Cookies and External Transmission

Browser storage, service logs, third-party transfers and the controls available to visitors.

POLICY ADMINISTRATION

LOREVOR maintains this document as part of its public operating record. Questions may be directed through the contact form or by mail to 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California.

This policy explains the use of cookies, browser storage, pixels, request logs and similar technologies on the LOREVOR public website, together with circumstances in which a visitor’s browser may communicate with an external service. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

The public portal is designed to function without optional advertising tracking. Hosting, security, analytics, embedded media and consent services are reviewed when deployment changes alter the categories or recipients of technical data.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used to deliver pages, balance traffic, maintain security, prevent abuse, preserve a requested session state or remember a privacy choice. Disabling essential functions can prevent a page, verification request or security feature from working as intended.

Server request logs may record technical information even when no browser cookie is set. Those logs should be limited, protected and retained in accordance with documented operational and security needs.

Functional storage may remember a language, display setting, menu state or other preference expressly selected by a visitor. It should not be used to infer unrelated interests or build a cross-service advertising profile.

Where a preference is not necessary, the website should provide an appropriate choice before activating it when required by law.

If analytics are introduced, LOREVOR will identify the material categories of data, purpose, retention approach and available controls in this policy or a notice presented at the appropriate time. Analytics will be configured to minimize collection and will not be described as essential when the public content can operate without them.

This policy does not authorize undisclosed advertising pixels, session replay, precise-location collection or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Opening an external link, map, video, social embed or email application can cause information to be transmitted directly to another provider. That provider controls its own processing and may use cookies or logs under its own policy. LOREVOR should avoid loading optional third-party content before a visitor chooses to interact where a less intrusive design is reasonably available.

The inquiry form transmits completed fields to LOREVOR over the website connection and relays them through LOREVOR’s mail service provider to the appropriate published mailbox. The website does not use the grading database to store the inquiry body.

Most browsers allow a visitor to delete or block cookies, clear site data and limit cross-site tracking. Blocking all storage may reduce functionality. Device and browser controls should be used together with any consent or preference controls presented by the website.

Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control for covered sale or sharing activity, the production site should honor the signal and document its behavior.

Cookie duration should be proportionate to purpose. Session technologies should ordinarily expire when the session ends; persistent preferences should have a defined period and be renewed only where appropriate. Security logs may require a separate retention period to investigate abuse or preserve system integrity.

Technical data may be handled by hosting, content-delivery, security, email or analytics providers only as necessary for the stated function and subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.

The cookie inventory, provider list and consent design are reviewed when a new external service is enabled. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and, where required, a renewed choice.

LOREVOR reviews actual cookies, local storage, network requests and embedded providers as the portal changes. Exact names, purposes, durations and recipients are added when a technology is activated and requires disclosure.
