Website Terms of Use

The rules governing access to LOREVOR public pages, verification tools, grading information and brand materials.

POLICY ADMINISTRATION

LOREVOR maintains this document as part of its public operating record. Questions may be directed through the contact form or by mail to 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California.

LOREVOR was founded in 2017 and operates as a United States collectibles company with a 107-person team, established offline operations and long-standing industry relationships. Its registered business address is 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California, United States.

Collector, product and record questions may be sent to support@lorevor.com. Business, licensing, media and rights correspondence may be sent to business@lorevor.com. The registered address is not a general walk-in or unsolicited shipment location; an item must not be sent without prior written acceptance and handling instructions.

These Website Terms of Use govern access to lorevor.com and any LOREVOR page, public lookup tool, document or digital experience that links to these Terms. By using the website, a visitor agrees to follow these Terms and all laws that apply to the visitor’s conduct. If a visitor does not agree, the visitor should discontinue use of the website.

The website describes LOREVOR products, internal authentication and grading practices, public records and related collector information. It is not an e-commerce checkout, public submission portal, brokerage service, auction platform, appraisal service or investment advisory service unless a separate page expressly says otherwise.

LOREVOR grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to view and use the public website for personal, informational and legitimate business-inquiry purposes. No ownership interest in the website, its software, records, images, copy, visual system or brand assets is transferred to a visitor.

Visitors may save or print a reasonable number of pages for private reference, provided that notices, record identifiers and source context remain intact. Any commercial republication, systematic extraction, resale, model training, dataset creation or public redistribution requires prior written permission from LOREVOR or the applicable rights holder.

A public lookup result reports the status and fields displayed for a LOREVOR record at the time of access. A record may later be corrected, superseded, suspended, archived or withdrawn when LOREVOR identifies an error, receives reliable new information, or determines that a label, holder, image or number has been altered, duplicated, misused or separated from the applicable object.

A successful number lookup does not by itself establish current ownership, lawful title, market value, transaction history, seller identity or the continued physical integrity of an item. Users should compare the physical object, holder, label, number and available record details before relying on a result.

Authentication conclusions, condition grades, component observations and autograph results are distinct record fields. They describe an eligible LOREVOR product under the standard version shown in its record. They do not guarantee price, liquidity, rarity, future condition, future acceptance by a marketplace or agreement by another evaluator.

Normal variation in professional judgment, evidence quality, object type and the condition of an item at the time of later inspection can affect a conclusion. Additional rules governing these subjects appear in the Authentication and Grading Information policy and the published LOREVOR grading standard.

Visitors may not interfere with normal website operation, evade access controls, probe non-public endpoints, introduce malicious code, overwhelm a service, scrape at a volume that degrades availability, or attempt to obtain information not intentionally made public. Visitors also may not modify, obscure, counterfeit or misrepresent a LOREVOR label, holder, number, record, screenshot or verification result.

  • Do not imply that a seller, marketplace, league, performer, studio or other third party is endorsed, authorized or partnered with LOREVOR unless LOREVOR has expressly published that relationship.
  • Do not use LOREVOR content to support a false description, deceptive sale, impersonation, counterfeit product or fraudulent provenance claim.
  • Do not remove copyright, trademark, source, version or record-status notices from copied material.

LOREVOR maintains multiple licensing, authorization and channel relationships for eligible product programs. WWE is one of the authorized relationships within LOREVOR’s sports-focused work. The scope of any authorization is limited to the products, uses, territories, terms and periods covered by the applicable arrangement; it must not be extended to unrelated products or represented as broader than published.

Other references to athletes, performers, events, leagues, studios, marketplaces or manufacturers may identify the subject or context of a collectible. Unless LOREVOR expressly publishes a relationship, a reference does not establish sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, agency, exclusivity or partnership. External services remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public content are provided on an “as available” and “as presented” basis. LOREVOR does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that every historic or non-public record will appear in search results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty or remedy that applicable law does not permit a business to exclude. Statements on the website are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LOREVOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, including lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data or a transaction entered into with an independent third party.

Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in the relevant jurisdiction and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. A visitor remains responsible for independently evaluating an item, seller, transaction and applicable record before acting.

LOREVOR may revise the website, these Terms or a public feature to reflect operational, technical, legal or policy changes. The effective date shown on the page identifies the current version. Continued use after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Questions about these Terms, suspected misuse or a public record may be submitted through the contact form or to the published support or business channel, as appropriate.
