Privacy and Data Practices

How LOREVOR handles inquiry data, public-record information, technical data and privacy requests.

POLICY ADMINISTRATION

LOREVOR maintains this document as part of its public operating record. Questions may be directed through the contact form or by mail to 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California.

This Privacy Policy describes personal information handled through the LOREVOR public website, inquiry channels and public record features. LOREVOR’s registered business address is 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California, United States. Privacy requests are routed through the contact form using the Privacy Request category or through support@lorevor.com.

When the contact form is submitted, the completed fields are transmitted to LOREVOR and relayed through its mail service to the appropriate published mailbox. The website does not save the inquiry body in the grading database. Any new account, commerce, analytics or collection feature will receive an updated notice at or before collection.

LOREVOR may receive a name, email address, organization, inquiry category, subject line, message, LOREVOR number, photographs, provenance documents and any other information a person elects to include in correspondence. Business inquiries may also contain professional contact details and information about a proposed product, channel, studio, media or offline-business relationship.

Visitors should not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, full payment-card data, passwords, medical information or other highly sensitive information through the general contact channel. Item documentation should be limited to information reasonably necessary for the request.

Hosting and security infrastructure may generate technical records such as Internet Protocol address, request time, requested page, browser type, device information, referral page and security events. Essential browser storage may preserve a selected preference or support a security function. Public lookup requests may be logged to protect availability, maintain records and investigate misuse.

LOREVOR limits collection to information reasonably connected to a stated business purpose. The public portal does not use an advertising profile, sell personal data or activate cross-context behavioral advertising through the current implementation.

Information may be used to route and answer inquiries; verify the context of a product or record; investigate a correction, suspected misuse or security event; maintain accurate public records; support business correspondence; improve website reliability and accessibility; preserve required business records; and comply with lawful requests or protect legal rights.

  • Product and record inquiries are directed to the support function.
  • Partnership, press, professional and offline-business inquiries are directed to the business function.
  • Information is not used to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through the current portal.

Information may be disclosed to personnel and service providers that need it to operate communications, hosting, security, storage, professional advice or record administration. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their assigned function and should be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security and use restrictions.

LOREVOR may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or infringement, enforce website terms, or support a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. The current portal is not designed to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

LOREVOR retains information only for the period reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, record accuracy, dispute documentation, security, legal compliance and the establishment or defense of claims. Retention periods vary by record type. Information no longer required is deleted, de-identified or securely disposed of where reasonably practicable and subject to applicable preservation duties.

LOREVOR uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the nature of the information. Texas law requires businesses to maintain reasonable procedures to protect sensitive personal information and to destroy records containing that information when they are no longer retained. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should limit email submissions to information necessary for the request.

Depending on residence and applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data; to receive a portable copy; to opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising; to limit certain sensitive-data uses; and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

A request may be submitted through the contact form using the Privacy Request category. LOREVOR may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before responding and may retain a limited record of the request. Rights are subject to legal definitions, thresholds, exemptions and retention obligations. Where legally required, an authorized agent may submit a request on a consumer’s behalf.

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, a Texas consumer may request confirmation of processing, access to personal data, correction, deletion and a portable copy, and may opt out of covered targeted advertising, sale of personal data or qualifying profiling. Statutory definitions, business-size thresholds, exemptions and authentication requirements apply.

LOREVOR does not sell personal data or use the public portal for targeted advertising in its current implementation. A privacy request may be submitted through the Privacy Request category. If a request is denied, the response will describe any appeal method required by applicable law.

If LOREVOR becomes subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, California residents will receive the disclosures and request methods required for the applicable categories of personal information, sources, business purposes, recipients, retention and rights. A notice at collection must be presented at or before any new collection point where required.

The current portal does not include a sale or cross-context behavioral advertising workflow. If a practice requiring opt-out controls is introduced, LOREVOR must provide the required method and honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable.

The website is a general-audience collectibles portal and is not directed to children under 13. LOREVOR does not knowingly request personal information directly from a child under 13 through the general inquiry channel. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information should contact LOREVOR so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

Visitors may access the website from outside the United States. Information sent to LOREVOR may therefore be processed in the United States or another location used by an authorized service provider. Any production deployment should add transfer disclosures and mechanisms required for the markets intentionally served.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in collection, technology, legal requirements or business operations. Material changes will be identified through an updated effective date and, when appropriate, a more prominent notice.

Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the Privacy Request category, to support@lorevor.com, or by mail to LOREVOR, 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California. LOREVOR may require reasonable identity verification before disclosing or changing personal information.
