Intellectual Property and Likeness

Rules for LOREVOR materials and the names, marks, images and likenesses appearing in collectible context.

POLICY ADMINISTRATION

LOREVOR maintains this document as part of its public operating record. Questions may be directed through the contact form or by mail to 36295 Frida Mews, Acalanes Ridge, California.

LOREVOR branding, logos, page design, original copy, grading language, record presentation, label artwork, graphics, photography and software may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress or other law. Except for the limited personal use allowed by the Terms of Use, no license is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative commercial materials.

Use of a LOREVOR name, logo, label style or record layout in a manner likely to confuse visitors about source, sponsorship or authenticity is prohibited.

Collectibles may refer to athletes, performers, leagues, teams, events, studios, manufacturers and other rights holders. Their names, marks, copyrighted works, publicity rights and likenesses remain the property of the applicable owners. LOREVOR’s descriptive reference to a subject does not transfer or expand rights in that subject.

LOREVOR holds multiple licensing and authorization relationships for eligible product programs, and WWE is among those relationships. Every authorization remains limited to its documented scope. The presence of one authorized program does not imply authorization for a different brand, product category, person, territory or use.

A third-party name or mark may be used to identify the subject, signer, source context or category of a collectible. The reference is limited to what is reasonably necessary to describe the object and must not be used to create a misleading commercial association.

For programs outside an expressly published authorization, a descriptive reference does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, agency, exclusivity or license. Product-specific notices and approved brand language control when they are present.

Images shown in a public record may document an eligible product, label or condition context. They may not be extracted and reused to create a substitute certificate, misleading listing, synthetic product image, counterfeit label or false provenance narrative.

A factual record identifier or condition result may be quoted accurately with reasonable source attribution, provided the record status is not altered or presented out of context.

A person who sends photographs, text or documentation represents that the person has authority to submit the material for review and that the submission does not knowingly violate another person’s rights. Submission does not transfer ownership to LOREVOR.

The sender grants LOREVOR a limited permission to receive, reproduce internally, review and use the material as reasonably necessary to answer the inquiry, investigate a record, maintain evidence or comply with law. Public use requires a separate lawful basis or permission when one is required.

No person may reproduce a LOREVOR holder, label, number, seal, logo or record presentation for an unauthorized product; remove a number from its applicable context; or use site assets to cause a reasonable person to believe that an unrecorded item has been authenticated, graded or issued by LOREVOR.

LOREVOR may suspend a record, preserve evidence and refer suspected infringement, counterfeiting or fraud to a marketplace, service provider, rights holder or appropriate authority.

A rights holder reporting material should identify the protected work, mark or likeness; the specific page or record; the basis of the claim; contact information; and a good-faith statement explaining the requested action. LOREVOR may request evidence of ownership or authority and may provide the affected party an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

This general reporting channel is not a representation that LOREVOR has designated or registered a Digital Millennium Copyright Act agent. Any formal notice process and agent information must be completed and published before LOREVOR claims a statutory safe-harbor procedure.

Requests to reproduce LOREVOR assets, publish screenshots at scale, use materials in press, or propose a licensed or co-branded program must be submitted through the Business and Press category. Permission, if granted, may be limited by product, medium, territory, duration, context and brand guidelines.

No inquiry, discussion, sample exchange or past relationship creates permission to use a LOREVOR asset or represent a current relationship. Authorization must be documented by the responsible rights holder or LOREVOR business function.
